1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LinkPush website, software, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by LinkPush ("LinkPush," "we," "our," or "us").

These Terms are designed to comply with Meta (Facebook) Platform Terms and applicable laws.

2. Description of Service

LinkPush is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides Instagram automation tools, including but not limited to:

  • Automated messaging

  • Automated replies

  • Link delivery automation

  • Workflow automation

  • Instagram engagement automation using official Meta APIs

LinkPush operates using Meta’s official APIs and requires user authorization to access Instagram accounts.

3. Eligibility

You must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the authority to enter into this agreement

  • Use the Services only for lawful business purposes

  • Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

By using LinkPush, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

To use LinkPush, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your login credentials secure

  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

LinkPush is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

5. Instagram and Meta Platform Compliance

LinkPush uses Meta’s official APIs. By using LinkPush, you agree to:

  • Comply with Meta Platform Terms

  • Comply with Instagram Terms of Use

  • Not use LinkPush for spam, abuse, or illegal automation

  • Not misuse Instagram data

LinkPush is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

We do not store or access your Instagram password.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use LinkPush to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited messages

  • Harass, abuse, or harm others

  • Violate Instagram or Meta policies

  • Violate any laws or regulations

  • Distribute malware or harmful content

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Interfere with the operation of LinkPush

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. User Data and Privacy

Your use of LinkPush is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using LinkPush, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of your data.

You grant LinkPush permission to process your data solely to provide the Services.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

If you purchase a paid plan:

  • You agree to pay all applicable fees

  • Payments may be processed through third-party providers

  • Subscription fees may be billed monthly or annually

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We may:

  • Modify the Services

  • Suspend the Services

  • Discontinue features

at any time without liability.

10. Termination

You may stop using LinkPush at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms

  • Violate Meta policies

  • Use the Services unlawfully

  • Abuse or misuse the platform

Upon termination, your access will be revoked.

11. Intellectual Property

All LinkPush software, branding, content, and technology are owned by LinkPush.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Reverse engineer

  • Distribute

  • Sell

any part of LinkPush without permission.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

LinkPush is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no warranties regarding:

  • Reliability

  • Availability

  • Accuracy

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

Use of the Services is at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkPush shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Loss of profits

  • Loss of data

  • Business interruption

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to LinkPush in the previous 12 months.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkPush from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Services

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your violation of Meta policies

  • Your violation of applicable laws

15. Third-Party Services

LinkPush integrates with third-party services such as Meta (Instagram and Facebook).

We are not responsible for third-party services.

Your use of those services is subject to their own terms.

16. Data Deletion and Account Closure

You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting:

We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

You may also remove LinkPush access from your Facebook settings.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.

We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes occur.

Continued use of LinkPush means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under applicable laws.
